Professional profile
With nearly two decades in the building sector and almost 15 years working as a freelance professional in Mallorca, I bring a comprehensive vision of construction, from the first setting out to the final handover.
My approach combines hands-on site experience with a solid methodological foundation and rigorous management. Every project is tackled with a clear objective: ensuring safety, quality, schedule compliance and cost control.
Throughout my career I have managed projects of varying scale, specialising in large detached homes with swimming pools and the renovation of historic Mallorcan estates, for both residential and hotel use. I have had the privilege of collaborating with nationally awarded architecture studios and private developers of renowned European prestige.
I have complemented practical experience and training with university teaching, serving as a lecturer in the Building Project Management postgraduate programme at the University of the Balearic Islands, delivering the project monitoring and closure modules based on the Project Management Institute methodology.
